Most corporate work is predictable enough to price. We quote a fixed fee where we honestly can, and tell you plainly when we cannot.
Four areas. We refer out of anything else rather than learn it on your matter.
Formation, shareholder agreements, share transfers, joint ventures, supply and distribution contracts, and the sale or purchase of a business.
Contracts and handbooks that survive contact with the labour law, end-of-service calculations, terminations, and defending claims at the MOHRE.
Commercial disputes, debt recovery and arbitration. We will tell you when settling is cheaper than winning, which it usually is.
Licensing, DIFC and ADGM matters, data protection compliance and the corporate governance a bank or investor will ask you for.
Criminal, family, immigration and property conveyancing. We know good firms for each and will make the introduction for nothing.
A retainer for companies with a legal need but no legal department — a fixed monthly fee for contracts, questions and reviews.
Fixed fee for defined work. Hourly for genuinely unpredictable matters, with a cap agreed in writing. Monthly retainer if you need a lawyer on hand rather than a project done.
“They talked us out of a claim we would probably have won, because winning would have cost more than the debt.”
“Fixed fee for the shareholder agreement, quoted in the first call and never revised. That is rarer than it should be.”
“Our handbook had three clauses that were simply unenforceable here. They found them in an afternoon.”
Tell us the situation. You will leave the call knowing whether you need a lawyer at all, and roughly what it would cost.
